As an auto refill customer, you don't have to worry about a thing!! We take care of processing your orders and your food just shows up on the schedule you set. If you need to adjust your frequency, simply email or call and let us know. We need about 5 minutes of your time to set up the billing over the phone and then your pet food refills are taken care of.

Once we receive your request, we will call you to finalize account set up, answer any questions you have, and take one more thing off your "To Do" List!

**Auto Refill customers have the option of adding on or customizing any order. You will receive a courtesy reminder the week of your order where you can make any special requests or adjustments prior to us processing your order.
