Why don't you have a storefront?
Can I buy frozen food and have it shipped to me? Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping for frozen food due to the lack of control we have over when the food will arrive. If a package is delayed for any reason, the food may thaw. We don't want our customers to take the risk of feeding their pets unsafe raw food.
Affordable quality and convenience! By minimizing operating costs, we are able to keep prices low on the best pet products AND offer free delivery. We do offer pick up at the warehouse on Thursday from 3pm-5pm. I need food today, can I come pick it up? Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for customers to pick up from at this time. If you need food right away, please call us. We will do our best to help you with a rush delivery (fee applies) or pick up from our warehouse.If I order today, when will my food arrive? Please visit our local delivery and shipping pages for detailed information about our schedule. If you need something faster, contact us and we will do whatever we can to help you.Why don't you sell the food I feed? Well, that depends. We may not have evaluated it yet or it may not have met our standards. If you would like us to add a brand of food, we ask that you visit www.dogfoodanalysis.com and check the reviews on it. If your food is not listed or comes up with at least 4 stars, please email us and we will be happy to evaluate it. Why 4 stars? We feel that foods below 4 stars (unless they meet a special need like limited ingredients for allergies) make too many compromises on quality ingredients. We are dedicated to happy, healthy pets! We offer free consultation to customers who are interested in reviewing their current food or finding a new one. Do you offer discounts? We offer discounts to local animal rescues and on bulk orders. Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? No, you sure don't! All we ask is that you specify where we should leave your delivery. You will see a notes section in checkout where you can enter the information. Make sure the delivery location is protected from the elements. Local frozen orders need to leave out a cooler.
What if my dog / cat doesn't like the food? Many manufacturers offer sample sizes of their foods and we are happy to deliver them to you prior to purchasing a large bag. There is no charge for this service so contact us to request a sample, provide your complete address, and we will schedule a special delivery for you. **Limit 1 free delivery (w/o purchase) per customer. No limit on samples added to orders.
What if I need to return something? If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it within 14 days. To return an item, please see the full
