Local Delivery

Orders must be received by Monday at noon. We can be lenient on this timeframe for some brands. However, Fromm, Honest Kitchen, Evangers, Acana, Orijen, Gentle Touch and some toy orders MUST be received by Monday at Noon for Friday delivery.

Delivery Time: Our normal delivery day is Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm. We try to get as many deliveries completed before 5:00pm, with our extended delivery area it may run later. If there is any need to receive your food before any specified time please add a comment on your order with any details. We may call or email you to deliver your products early depending on location and size of your delivery.

In some cases we can assist you with urgent needs but it is case specific. If you need a delivery prior to the scheduled dates, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you forget to place your order by Monday, please call or email prior to placing your order to confirm we can still deliver the same week.

Regular delivery area -  Youngsville - must meet a $25 minimum for free delivery.

Extended delivery area - Apex, Butner, Cary, Creedmoor, Durham, Franklinton, Garner, Henderson, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Oxford, Raleigh, and RTP, Rolesville, and Wake Forest - must meet a $40 minimum for free delivery.

Additional local locations are possible so please contact us for details. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we also offer pick up from Discount Pet Supply in Cary, NC (visit the Store Pickup page for details)
