Local Delivery

Orders must be received by Monday at noon. We can be lenient on this timeframe for some brands. Please contact us before placing your order to verify you will receive your product the same week.

Delivery Time: You will receive a "delivery scheduled" email to notify you of your delivery date. Deliveries will run Tuesday-Friday in Youngsville, Wake Forest, Raleigh and Cary based on your location and products ordered. If you are in one of these areas and have a preferred delivery day, please notate that in the comments section - we will do our BEST to accommodate you but make no guarantees. Deliveries to outlying areas such as Garner, Creedmoor, Henderson, Durham, etc will always be Friday 10a-7p.

We hope these changes to the delivery schedule will allow our valued customers to receive their products earlier and make happy pets and owners!

Regular delivery area -  Youngsville, Wake Forest, Cary, Raleigh, Apex - must meet a $40 minimum for free delivery.

Extended delivery area -  Creedmoor, Durham, Franklinton, Garner, Henderson, Knightdale, Louisburg, Morrisville, Oxford, Raleigh, and RTP - must meet a $100 minimum for free delivery.

Additional local locations are possible so please contact us for details. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we also offer pick up from Discount Pet Supply in Cary, NC or Petopia in Youngsville, NC (visit the Store Pickup page for details)
