The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Use of Site: This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Triangle Pet Supply reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Triangle Pet Supply believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Triangle Pet Supply.

Privacy Policy: Triangle Pet Supply's use of personal information will not be shared with any third party, at any time.

Consumer Agreement: Triangle Pet disclaims any responsibility for the use or misuse of products. The manufacturers label should always be read and followed. Comments and Statements regarding products in this catalog are intended to be correct and accurate, but the customer should be guided solely by their own judgment and opinion coupled with professional veterinary advice which should be sought in animal health matters.

Order Confirmation: Orders are not confirmed, until you have received a confirmation email that specifies your delivery date. All confirmations will be issued Monday-Friday, during business hours. Due to the amount of time we are out of the office, on deliveries, it may take up to 1 business day to issue your confirmation.

Delivery:

LOCAL: Orders must meet a $40 minimum to qualify for free delivery in the regular delivery area (Youngsville, Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Apex). Orders in our extended delivery area (Durham, Henderson, Creedmoor, Garner, Willow Spring) must meet a $100 minimum. Frozen food deliveries require a person to be home or a cooler must be left out. The cooler must be big enough to hold your whole order. If no one is home and no cooler is left out, we will not be responsible for thawed product.

NATIONAL: Orders outside of our delivery area have no minimum but will be charged for shipping. Frozen products cannot be shipped.


Sales Tax: Triangle Pet Supply charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Returns: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will do everything we can to assist you if you have a problem with an item. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt along with the original packaging and original invoice and it will be refunded, replaced, or exchanged for you. This does not included shipping and handling charges. Dog and cat food returns, please contact us before returning and only store credit will be issued. Items that have been previously replaced cannot be returned i.e., we will not accept a return on a return.

Items showing signs of use are not returnable. Books, videos, CD's, and DVD's are not returnable. Personalization, monogrammed or custom items are not returnable and the customer must either fax, email, or mail verification for these items to guarantee accuracy. Any problems, such as shortages, damaged or missing pieces, or wrong item(s) must be reported within 72 hours. No Exceptions! Item(s) must be in "new" condition and show no signs of wear or use. If the item is defective upon receipt by customer or if there was a shipping error we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement item. If an item was damaged during transit, we reserve the right to request photographic proof of damage. That is, you may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item.

To return an item, please fill out the contact us form and let us know the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reasons(s) for the return. You will receive an email response with further instructions. Refunds will be given in the original method of payment. Checks require a 10 day business holding period.

Miscellaneous:

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Triangle Pet Supply reserves the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Triangle Pet Supply shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Triangle Pet Supply with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Triangle Pet Supply with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Triangle Pet Supply. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
